Ingredients
  

  • 10 –12 almonds
  • 15 –16 fox nuts makhana
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk low-fat preferred
  • 1 –2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • ½ apple chopped
  • 1 teaspoon coffee
  • 1 –2 ice cubes optional
  • Chopped nuts or dark chocolate shavings for garnish, optional

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, add almonds, fox nuts, dates, chia seeds, and milk. Mix well. Cover and soak for 30–60 minutes until soft.
  2. Transfer the soaked mixture to a blender. Add chopped apple, cocoa powder, and coffee. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add a little more milk if needed. Blend again briefly.
  4. Pour into a glass. Garnish with chopped nuts or dark chocolate shavings. Add ice cubes if desired and serve fresh.
