Method
- Take 1/2 cucumber, sliced into rounds and cut it into thin, round slices.
- Take 1/2 small beetroot, cut into small pieces and cut it into very small pieces.
- Take 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, chopped into small pieces of chopped ginger, cut into small pieces.
- Squeeze 1/2 lemon, juiced directly into a clean glass jar.
- Add the cucumber, beetroot, and ginger into the jar with the lemon juice.
- Pour in500ml of water of water, covering all the ingredients.
- Stir gently, cover the jar, and let it sit for 8 to 10 hours. It is best to make this at night before you sleep.
- In the morning, strain the water into a glass, removing the solid pieces. Your detox water is ready to drink.
Notes
Best enjoyed first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, then sipped through the day. Use a glass jar instead of plastic, and finish the water within 24 hours for best freshness.
